Deposit and Cancellation Policy
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Please note that rates listed do not include taxes, gratuities or surcharges. Additional charges are 12% room tax and $7.00 per adult, per night for housekeeping gratuity and utility surcharge. STANDARD POLICY: A 2 night deposit consisting of the 1st and last night is due at the time of booking. Charges will appear on you card within 7 days of booking. To receive a refund cancellations must be made no later than 3PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) 15 days prior to arrival. Early departures will forfeit the last night's deposit. No-Shows forfeit entire deposit. All confirmed reservations are subject to credit card approval. HOLIDAY POLICY: Reservations that include any night from 12/21/2001 through 1/6/2002 require the standard deposit and full pre-payment by 10/26/2001. Reservations for this period are non-refundable if cancelled on or after 11/1/2001. BEDDING: Bedding preferences will be taken into consideration but cannot be guaranteed, note your request at the time of booking.
